The community event to celebrate the opening of Onslow Park on May 29th was a packed and happy event with bunting flying and the sun shining.  As well as the great new play equipment there was free face painting and parachute games, cakes, squash and fruit. The  ribbon was cut by Councillor Lucy Chaplin helped by lots of children. Lucy had worked hard on behalf of the community to get the park transformed and we look forward to many years of enjoyment there for young and old alike.
